Chakra Prana Vinyasa® Yoga Teacher Training
An integrative approach to the chakra system within Prana Vinyasa Yoga and the flow of life created by Shiva Rea and offered by affiliate teacher trainer Delamay Devi.
The Chakras or energetic spheres are located along the central channel of the body, they are subtle vibrational points, influenced and informed by the world we live in. Each Chakra has a meaning and tantric breath practices, energetic anatomy, physiology and endocrine system connection plus multidimensional sequencing for them. Through this practical and inspirational exploration of the chakra system and the yogic body, we will develop an transformative approach to the body mandala – the energetic divine container of our interconnectedness within our Self, experiences, relationships and nature. Together we will awaken and embody a somatic approach to our energetic chakra system.
Embodying The Sacred Triangle

The chakra system awakens alchemy for tending the fire of our energetic body from the root to the crown, inner and outer.
This module is suitable for yoga teachers who want to integrate chakra work more consciously into their yoga practice, deepen their understanding of energetics and take their classes to new level with mandala sequencing based on the chakras.

Location: Embodying The Sacred Triangle yoga training is a residential retreat in the Byron Hinterland with offsite attendance available. The remaining modules will be completed live online with access to the recordings.

These training hours contribute towards a Prana Vinyasa certification and are recognised by Yoga Alliance. Choose to complete the Embodying The Sacred Triangle module only or the full Chakra Prana Vinyasa 56 hour certification. Investment can be a one time payment or two separate payments as shown below. Attendance / Certification / Cancellation Policy
Students must complete all course work related to each training. 100% attendance is required for the full certification to be awarded. To receive your Prana Vinyasa® Certificate you must submit all your course work to Delamay and follow the guidelines outlined in your welcome email to complete the full certification. Students who miss any contact hours due to illness or unforeseen circumstances may request private tuition at their own cost to make up any missed sessions / hours. To ensure you have access to all the corresponding course material we encourage you to confirm your attendance 3 weeks prior to our start date. We are not responsible for late sign ups and your material arriving late.
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy. No one books a training with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur and we encourage you to double check the dates to ensure your attendance 100%. Once your payment has been received you will receive a confirmation email and the schedule will follow. You are responsible for your travel arrangements for any residential retreat teacher trainings, please see the individual retreats for further information. As this training has limited numbers, it allows for a more personable, intimate experience, our non refundable cancellation policy is in place to ensure the highest quality of service and experience for all.
