What is the Tridevi?
‘Tri’ means three, ‘Devi’ means shining one. The Tridevi represents the three consorts of the Trimurti in Hindu cosmology: Saraswati (Brahma – Creator), Lakshmi (Vishnu – Preserver), and Parvati/Durga (Shiva – Destroyer/Transformer).
In Tantric philosophy, the Tridevi embodies Shakti, the feminine life force, expressing the cycles of creation, preservation, and transformation. This course teaches you to connect with these archetypes through yoga, movement, meditation, and self-inquiry.
