Join us for the full program or dive into separate modules as and when suits you. Each module offers extensive training, study and embodiment of Prana Vinyasa®, covering roots of Yoga, Tantra, intelligent wave sequencing to serve all levels, energetic alignment, hands on assists, practical anatomy, introduction to Ayurveda and self-care.
Plus practice labs and practice teaching, self reflective journaling, nature excursions, monthly mentorship check in calls and so much more! These hours are recognised by Yoga Alliance and Yoga Australia and can also be added towards Shiva Rea’s 200hrs /300hrs /500hrs certified yoga programs.
Teaching vinyasa is an art form that requires the development of related tools & techniques such as using your voice to translate the poetry of the body, hands-on assists & enhancements to keep your students safe, clear guidance & languaging, non-judgmental observation & energetic awareness to provide a supportive space that facilitates & encourages the state of flow of a class.

Movement is life for Shiva Rea, M.A, global Prana Vinyasa® teacher, activist, and innovator in the evolution of vinyasa yoga around the world from large-scale festivals and conferences to unplugged retreats. About Delamay Devi
Delamay has been on the teaching path for 20+ years. With a background in dance it was a natural progression into teaching yoga and delve deeper into the rhythm of the breath, the natural flow of the body and the formlessness of meditation. Her journey with Shiva started back in 2007 and since then has been studying and assisting Shiva globally. Delamay is ecstatic to have Shiva’s blessings to offer these teacher training programs! Through the full-spectrum intelligent Wave Sequencing of Prana Vinyasa® you will learn energetic alignment for core asanas within the Mandala of Asanas™ pathway based upon an integrated understanding of:

You will begin practicing the art of teaching on the first day, developing the teaching tools of using your voice, hands on assists and enhancements, non-judgmental observation, and energetic awareness to facilitate the state of flow within a class.
Teachers will explore the unique Prana Vinyasa® methodologies of: Energetic Alignment™, Vinyasa Krama to teach all levels, Prana Flow Three-Part Vinyasa, and Wave Sequencing.
Energetic alignment will be emphasised through the movements of prana in all asanas from the ground up to cultivate the balancing of the five elements and full spectrum embodiment of the organising intelligence of our life-force.
You will explore the many dimensions of creating a soul-inspiring and nourishing class for your students. This approach to teaching encourages an evolutionary journey into living yoga as we begin to heal the body of our life through the empowerment of a full spectrum practice. We will emphasise teaching from a flow-state to translate this integrative practice to our students.

Module & Training Content
You have the choice of joining us for the full 200hr certification or diving into separate modules as and when suits. Each module gives you 30 hours towards the full certification or can be added towards your existing Yoga Alliance training hours as CPD points. You are responsible for your accommodation, travel and food during our in person modules and we can assist you in finding suitable accommodation locally. We highly recommend signing up 3 weeks in advance of the start date for each module to ensure no delays in receiving your manual and access to any related online material.
Embodying the Flow & Art of Namaskar

All Namaskars within the Prana Vinyasa® methodology follow an elemental template of five namaskars for each element, and each namaskar has a corresponding solar-lunar sequence. The foundational theory of Namaskar offers an intelligent introduction to every solar-lunar sequence to prime the body for the elemental sequences in the following modules of the Foundation series. The state of namaskar is “to bow, to realize the essence,” and in this module we explore Foundational namaskars as the consummate vinyasa to enter the flow.
- Awaken the Art of Namaskar – the roots and evolution of vinyasa as movement meditation
- Practice, learn, and begin to teach Surya and Chandra Namaskar (the Sun and Moon Salutations), Surya Namaskar A & B
- Experience the first level of 40 Prana Vinyasa Namaskars: Rhythmic Vinyasa as well as Dancing Warrior Namaskars as a foundation for further innovations
- Integrate and understand how to teach the five movements of Prana as a tool for embodying breath, alignment and flow.

- Learn the Prana Vinyasa Energetic Alignment Method to embody prana and teach to the life-force intelligence of integrated energetic (prana) and structural (muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments, fascia, etc.) layers of embodiment
- Hands on assists and alignment for primary asanas that make up Surya and Chandra Namaskar
- Learn the Prana Flow Three-Part Vinyasa Method and Vinyasa Krama to teach to all levels
- Anchor basic elements of Prana Vinyasa cueing (Breath, Body Part, Direction/Anatomical activity, Bhava)

Embodying Earth

As the first “pathway” of the all-level Pathways of Prana Vinyasa system, this foundation earth Prana Vinyasa sequence massages your inner and outer hips, hamstrings, side-waist, shoulder and heart opening through the positive repetition of this three-wave prana vinyasa sequence. In this module, teachers begin to learn the Foundation Earth Prana Vinyasa sequence, centered in the hip-opening family. Through the opening movement meditation, classical and dancing warrior namaskars, core cultivation, prana vinyasa wave sequence, peak asana, and lunar mudrasanas of the bhujapidasana and visvamitrasana sequence, we will slowly and effectively embody the flow of prana connected to hip opening, our relationship to the earth and our instinctual body.
- Learn the solar and lunar Earth foundation sequences for the Visvamitrasana/Bhujapidasana family of asanas and work with the Prana Flow Three-Part Vinyasa Method and Vinyasa Krama to teach to all levels
- Reinforce namaskars from module one, and practice teaching corresponding namaskars to Earth Sequences: Rhythmic Vinyasa B, Dancing Warrior I
- Continue to integrate and understand the five movements and Prana Vinyasa Mudra Vinyasas
- Teach and assist five primary alignment actions of the core “blueprint” asanas of the mandalas and sequence combinations with skill, effectiveness, fluency, and creativity
- Apply Prana Vinyasa Energetic Alignment Method to embody prana and teach these movements as keys to alignment and flow within the Earth Sequence
- Hands on assists and alignment for the new asanas introduced by the Earth Sequence beyond Namaskar

Embodying Water

Immerse in learning the Foundation Water prana vinyasa sequence, which awakens the fluid spine, front body, side-waist, shoulder and heart opening. Through the opening movement meditation, classical and dancing warrior namaskars, core cultivation, Prana Vinyasa wave sequence, peak asana, and lunar mudrasanas of the eka pada rajakapotasana sequence, we will slowly and effectively embody the flow of prana connected to backbending, our relationship to water and our instinctual body.
- Learn the solar and lunar Water foundation sequences for the Eka Pada Rajakapotasana family of asanas and work with the Prana Flow Three-Part Vinyasa Method and Vinyasa Krama to teach to all levels
- Learn how hip opening and heart opening backbends support and complement each other, focus on basic standing asanas
- Wave sequencing for the Eka Pada Rajakapotasana sequence and how it is a progression from the foundation earth sequence
- Reinforce namaskars from Module One and practice teaching corresponding namaskars to the Water Sequences: Dancing Warrior Side-Opening Variation
- Develop an understanding of the fluid nature in your body and the flow of the water-element practices
- Teach and assist five primary alignment actions of the core “blueprint” asanas of the mandalas and sequence combinations with skill, effectiveness, fluency, and creativity.
- Hands-on assists and alignments for the new asanas introduced by the Water Sequence beyond Namaskar
- Reinforce the Three-Part Vinyasa and wave sequencing teaching methodology within the earth and water sequences
- Experience Prana Flow method of hands-on assists as both adjustments and “enhancements” to the core movement of the asanas beyond namaskar of the water sequence
- Review application of basic anatomy to understand the way prana flows in the muscles, bones and fascia for balancing and lengthening qualities of structural embodiment within the asanas.
- Enjoy a special Mandala of Asanas Method – self and partner massage for regeneration and learning muscles, joints and boney landmarks of the body relevant to practice.
- Teaching movement patterns across a family of Asanas rather than individual asanas (Mandala of 108 Asanas™)

Deepen your understanding of the Foundation Fire sequence, connecting the hip-opening family to the arm-balance family of asanas. Through the opening movement meditation, classical and dancing warrior namaskars, core cultivation, Prana Vinyasa wave sequence, peak asana and lunar mudrasanas of the Bakasana sequence, we will slowly and effectively embody the flow of prana connected to twisting and arm balancing, our relationship to fire and our instinctual body. The Foundation Fire Prana Vinyasa sequence opens and strengthens your inner and outer hips, hamstrings, side-waist, shoulder and core center through the positive repetition of this three-wave prana vinyasa sequence.
- Learn the solar and lunar Fire foundation sequences for the Bakasana family of asanas and work with Prana Flow Three-Part Vinyasa Method and Vinyasa Krama to teach to all levels
- Reinforce namaskars from previous modules, and practice teaching corresponding namaskars to the Fire Sequences: Dancing Warrior Hip Opening Variation, Rhythmic Namaskar A

- Learn the solar and lunar Air Foundation sequences for the Natarajasana family of asanas and work with Prana Flow Three-Part Vinyasa Method and Vinyasa Krama to teach to all levels
- Heart-expanding nature of a backbending practice, and the foundation-integration of the previous sequences
- Continue to develop an understanding of the Three-Part Vinyasa and wave sequencing in the progression through the foundation sequences
- Wave sequencing for Air foundation sequences for backbending and balance and the lunar Air sequence for deep flexibility and regeneration.
- Hands on assists and alignment for the new asanas introduced by the Air beyond Namaskar
- Learn to edit the first 4 foundation sequences based on your understanding of wave sequencing, kramas, and families of asanas
- Develop Energetic Observation – ability to assess imbalances, blockages and leaks of energy to a person’s body, mind and heartfire.
- Continue to develop skills of basic anatomy to understand the way prana flows in the muscles, bones and fascia for balancing and lengthening qualities of structural embodiment within the asanas
- Special Mandala of Asanas Method – self and partner massage for regeneration and learning muscles, joints, and boney landmarks of the body relevant to practice.

Through the opening movement meditation, classical and dancing warrior namaskars, core cultivation, Prana Vinyasa wave sequence, peak asana, and lunar mudrasanas of the Vasisthasana/ Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana sequence, we will slowly and effectively embody the flow of prana connected to standing balance asanas, our relationship to the integrated embodiment of all elements and our instinctual body.
- Learn the solar and lunar Space Foundation sequences for the Vasisthasana/ Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana family of asanas and work with Prana Flow Three-Part Vinyasa Method and Vinyasa Krama to teach to all levels
- Continue to develop an understanding of the Three-Part Vinyasa and wave sequencing in the progression through the foundation sequences
- Wave sequencing for Space foundation sequences for standing balances and the lunar Space sequence for deep integration and regeneration.
- Hands on assists and alignment for the new asanas introduced by the Space beyond Namaskar
- Learn to edit the first 5 foundation sequences based on your understanding of wave sequencing, kramas, and families of asanas
- Develop Energetic Observation – ability to assess imbalances, blockages and leaks of energy to a person’s body, mind and heartfire.

This includes 180 contact hours (including the standard 20hrs of Anatomy and Physiology), comprehensive manuals for each module and a copy of all sequences and asanas, all related online courses, accountability with monthly group mentoring and check in calls via our private Facebook group with Delamay. To receive your full 200hr certification you must also complete the book reports, embodiment project and a written exam within 2yrs of registering for this program. This includes 30 contact hours, a comprehensive manual, a certificate of attendance, a private Facebook group for accountability, support and group mentorship with Delamay.
It’s recommend that your payment and registration is received 3 weeks prior to the module start date to ensure no delay in receiving your manual and setting up your online account for home practice. Prices are in AUD. There is a one off $54 USD Teacher Training fee to be paid directly to Samudra. Details of this will be sent in your confirmation email.
Attendance / Certification / Cancellation Policy
It is your responsibility to read and understand this policy. By attending the in person trainings you are confirming that you are free from COVID-19 symptoms, assuming any travel risks and are releasing Delamay Devi Yoga from any liability that might arise from your negligence, carelessness or from your general participation in this training. Students must complete all course work related to each module. Full attendance of 100% is required at each module for the full 200hr certification to be awarded. To receive your Prana Vinyasa® Certificate you must submit all your course work to Delamay and follow the guidelines outlined here to complete the full teacher training certification. Students who miss any contact hours due to illness or unforeseen circumstances may request private tuition at their own cost to make up any missed sessions / hours. To ensure you have access to all the corresponding online course material we encourage you to confirm your attendance 3 weeks prior to our start date. We are not responsible for late sign ups and your material arriving late. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy. No one books a training with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur and we encourage you to double check the dates to ensure your attendance 100%. Once your payment has been received you will receive a confirmation email with the times and location of the training. It is your responsibility to make the appropriate travel and accommodation arrangements.
