Drawing upon inspiration from the primordial frequency of Adi ParaShakti and the art of balance through this Libra season. Together we’ll explore the divine dance between strength and surrender, moving with the rising and receding tides of the breath and returning to equilibrium without dimming our inner fire.
A collective gathering to listen deeply, move intentionally and soften gently into the body while remembering this embodied wisdom.
