Join Delamay online for a two hour fluid Prana Flow yoga practice!
Midday – 2pm
Together we’ll move and flow with the Prana Flow Chandra Namaskar (Moon salutation) to warm up and prepare the spine for backbends with intelligent sequencing, movement meditation and deep relaxation for integration.
This practice includes mantra, mudras, yoga philosophy and energetic anatomy, suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners.
As this is part of a teacher training the recordings of each practice will be available for 1-week post practice if you are not in the training.
You’ll need
– A yoga mat and any props you like to use
– A mala with 108 beads (if not no worries)
– Optional altar for Chandra / the Moon. Details will be sent with the zoom link.
Please Note
– The zoom link will be sent via email 24 hours before the session starts. Please check your spam / junk if it’s not in your inbox.
– Doors open 5 minutes before we start.
– When you first come on the call you will be in a waiting room until doors open.
– Your microphone will be defaulted to mute and video on so I can see you! Please leave your mic on mute to reduce background noise.
– This session will be recording my screen only.
– If you wish to comment or connect please utilise the chat box function. All messages will be checked after the practice or when I’m close to the screen.
– Turn phones on silent to remove all distractions and to be fully present during the practice.
– If you have any injuries please only do what feels good and rest when you need to.
– Please adjust your volume as and when necessary.
– The recording will follow within 24 hours, if you’re not part of the training you’ll have access to this recording for 1-week.
