The Aquarius archetype values freedom and individuality, often marching to the beat of their own drum. They’re known for their intellectual curiosity, their independent spirit, and their desire to break free from conventional thinking. Aquarians are often seen as the rebels, challenging the status quo and advocating for equality and social reform.
During this 360 Emergence Movement Lab we’ll be breaking free of our own movement patterns to create new pathways of embodied knowing and letting our independant spirit lead the way! With a carefully curated playlist, intentional journalling and integration time, this Movement Lab will leave you feeling empowered and inspired to dance to the beat of your own drum!
The 360 Emergence is an embodiment, free-form, movement practice motivated by an ethic of care that bridges dance and personal growth, rigor and freedom, individuality and the global collective.
You’ll need: a space to move and rest in, a candle, your journal and a comfortable space for integration.
Practical Info:
- The zoom link will be sent 24 hours before we gather and bookings close 15 minutes before going live.
- The recording will follow withiin 24 hours to all who’ve registered.
