Step into a 2-hour guided movement journey curated for embodied awareness, nervous system regulation and deep profound rest.
We begin in the physical body with authentic movement as we awaken through a 360 Emergence journey – a guided and somatically informed embodiment experience from the finger tips to the toes, to the hips and heart and everything in-between.
Through rhythm, breath, pulse and life force energy in motion, we’ll move through tension, stagnant energy and tightness to reconnect with your body’s natural intelligence. In doing so we support the nervous system in discharging stress, increase circulation in the body and cultivate a sense of vitality, wellness and presence.
From form to formlessness, we transition gradually into stillness.
As the body settles, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice, often described as yogic sleep. In this state, the body rests deeply while the mind remains aware and awake, allowing for integration, processing and landing into the deeper layers of consciousness.
Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep is a guided, restorative, rotation of consciousness meditation that relaxes the entire body while the mind is awake and aware. Benefits include nervous system reset, improve sleep quality, reduce anxiety and promote a lasting sense of calm, peace and equilibrium throughout the entire body.
The 360 Emergence is an embodiment, free-form, movement practice motivated by an ethic of care that bridges dance and personal growth, rigour and freedom, individuality and the global collective.
This entire journey includes a musical soundscape, created to carry you from activation to ease, from movement to stillness and from the primordial pulse to deep peace.
Open to all levels. No prior experience needed.
