Five Tips To Take Care Of Yourself During This Final Full Moon For 2022!

Full moons, new moons, eclipses, retrogrades and all the other cosmic ongoings can be intense and overwhelming especially if you’re a sensitive soul like me. Here’s a few sweet tips to take good care of yourself during this final full moon of the year! If they resonate let me know and feel free to share with others who may need these tips too 🙂

1. The full moon is in Gemini, an archetypal air sign governing communication making it a perfect time to write what you’re letting go of and put your intentions into words. Write a story, create poetry or sing your hearts desires!

2. Mars the planet of energy and action is retrograding and very entangled with this full moon. This cosmic dance could lead to motivation levels being low, and you may feel flat or uninspired by your usual passions. No need to push back, just pause, rest up and the flow will return.

3. Beneficial practices include reflecting and releasing. There’s a tendency to multi-task under a Gemini moon and Mars retrograde can be frustrating so don’t let it trick you into going beyond your limits, leaving you feeling more fried and frizzled. Just recognise what’s arising, reflect on the wisdom and release anything which isn’t aligned.

4. The Gemini twins symbolise both sides of our being. We are both human and spirit, yin and yang, masculine and feminine. This unity of our human selves and spiritual selves is what this lunation calls us to balance. Seek out authentic connection with the self, like reuniting with a long lost friend. Be patient, respectful, open and balance will come.

5. Neptune the planet of spirituality is also in the mix this full moon, making us ponder about the perfect life. Perhaps we should drop everything and move to Hawaii, Bali or Spain? There’s no harm thinking about where there’s room for change or improvement in your day to day, after all you are the creatrix of your life.

I hope these helps you navigate this full moon. Until 2023 my friends, many blessings and hope to see and squeeze you soon! xxx
