My latest musings
Delamays blog is inspired by her Gemini ascendant which has a mind of its own, meaning inspiration can strike at anytime! It can happen at odd times and in odd places, such as in the shower, at 3am, on the dance floor, while flying or driving, after a long day of teaching or even from hearing a few words from a passing conversation.
These blogs are updated sometimes weekly or sometimes monthly, it depends when inspiration strikes so keep checking back for the latest ones!

An end of year personal account of what transpired in 2024. My work in the world is still building momentum post Covid as I navigate the online and in person events. So moving and saying yes with where the energy is flowing instead of where “I think” it should go had been a strong theme all the...
My 20th Year As A Yoga Teacher!
I literally only realised this the other day! My first 200hr certification was completed over 9 months during one of the many years I was living in Brighton (UK). I signed up with the intention of not teaching but purely for self study and self exploration. That specific course spoke to me because...

Time as we know it is speeding up, there’s a constant influx of notifications, updates, upgrades and changes going on around us, it’s no wonder the call to unplug is greater than ever before. To keep up we must slow down. To keep our energy high we must recharge. To keep going we have to pause....
Ghee, The Golden Elixir
During these Wintery months here in the southern hemisphere one of my all time favourite activities to do at home is to make ghee.
